The infinity
Porto Cervo, Sardinia, Easter Break 2019 I have been visiting Sardinia, Italy, for a few years now, however only this time I went to Costa Smeralda. My family and I spent one week there during the Easter break 2019 and enjoyed going around the fascinating landscape while marvelling at those ghost buildings of the rich and famous, which are only inhabited in summer. When I went through the photos I took during the trip and I was particularly amazed by this one I took at Porto Cervo. Every time I looked at the photo, I felt something like an urge to go down that path to infinity. It made me think of an unfulfilled dream or something, of a wasteful youth probably, of unproductive time maybe. It made me cry and ran away. It made me pray for salvation: Sardinia is not the end. And Nias was definitely not the start. Indeed it sounds like a prayer. Note: The photo has not been edited to keep the location mark.
